It seems that our politicians are unable to wait for the Mehlis report and see who was really behind the assassination of Hariri. Many of them have already accused Syria and many others have rushed to exculpate Syria. I thought it may be a good idea to join the chorus of speculators:
Do you think Syria was behind the assassination? What would be the consequences of the results whether yes or no?

Yes Syria is behid Hariri's assassination.
The proof: as we come closer to the truth, senior officers are "committing suicide".

of course. all the way to the top. the decision was made by Assad.
Ghazi Kanaan was aware of it. he threatened to tell the truth, or hopefully may have done so already. so he was killed "suicide style".

Yes.
Syria killed Rifiq Hariri.
Syria killed Samir Kassir.
Samir killed Georges Hawi.
Syria tried to kill May Chidiac.
Syria randomly killed civilians in Lebanon last year.
Syria also killed René Mouawad, Hassan Khaled, Bachir Gemayyel, Kamal Joumblat, Salim Lawzi, Maarouf Saad.
Syria is the source of all evil in Lebanon. Syria killed civilian Lebanese and killed civilian Paletstinians throughout Lebanon from North to South.
Syria killed our soldiers.
Syria killed our prisoners.
Syria committed in Lebanon the most horrible war crimes and Syria must pay.

There is no doubt about it. I just hope that the Mehlis report shows exactly that otherwise, Syria will use it as a fig leaf to hide behind it all the crimes it committed in Lebanon.
